Terms & Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Participation in the Aquatrols Incentives for Turf, Horticulture & Specialty Distributors requires execution of an Aquatrols Distributor Agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. All rebates earned under this program will be paid to the Distributor in December following the close of the market year, or as noted in a specific section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Participating Distributors must report EDI data monthly and participate in quarterly reconciliations as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Participating Distributors may only appoint authorized dealers with the written permission of the Aquatrols Corporation, per the Distributor Agreement. Product-specific rebates on authorized dealer sales will be paid to the Distributor, and only if All EDI end user sales data has been reported by the authorized dealer as required. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Only product purchased directly from Aquatrols is eligible for payment under this program, and all rebates will be based on Aquatrols published Distributor List Price.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Compliance with Aquatrols reporting requirement, including reporting of invoice price, quantity, and end user is required. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Rebates will be paid on discontinued SKUs for a period of up to 2 years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Aquatrols reserves the right to audit all claims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Products not listed are not eligible for product-specific incentives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Incentive checks will not be issued for less than $200.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Misreported sales of any type will be a clear violation of this program and will be subject to audit and possible forfeiture of all payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. All accounts must be current in order to receive any of the rebates or benefits of this program. Accounts in good standing are to have paid all undisputed invoices within terms for the preceding 12 months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Aquatrols reserves the right to withhold any pending rebates and\/or bill for the return of previously paid rebates to any retailer who fails to reach program requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Aquatrols reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or change any or all features of the Aquatrols Incentives for Turf, Horticulture & Specialty Distributors at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
